Home

Today I came across a letter that I wrote to my bro and sis, who were in Pakistan at the time, while I was in college:

"Dear Dawn-I-bon and Evan Bevan,
Here is a poem, some old tape mixes, and some 'goodies' (sorry, I had to try one licorice). Summer is in a month! I'll see you guys pretty soon!
Take Care and Enjoy,
Tony

HOME
Gently,
Through a window
A breeze passes
the curtain ruffles

All is abound,
Drifting upon a ceaseless ocean
Seeking a threshold
Wandering in impermanence

A bounded traveler
Of disenchanted wonder
Trusting a designed faith
Facing a mystic heaven
Unsettled inquiry
"Why is the silence blank, solid and pure?
A divine divided from
The resilience of sound
An architect of Life:
Patterns of familiar uncertainty
Unlocked energy."

Enlightenment
An identity of discrimination
A goal forever unleashed
Liberty attending
Immanent
Occuring
A Vastness succumbs
An array of starry light
Each-
A flavor of pigmentation
Guiding opportunism
Alluring lighthouses
Welcoming all who are unsatiated
Into the arena of life.
