Condo Purchase

I'm poised to begin moving into a condo that I'm close to closing a purchase on. Actually I have two more weeks to go before the Escrow paper signing fun begins. According to my Loan Officer, Closing at the end of the month was strategically at my financial advantage in order to avoid a higher interest on the loan. So I sit and wait...

However, I'm a little bit unsettled after hearing from some condo owners and previous condo owners who have had some bad experiences. From noisy neighbors to the condo complex being sued for whatever and then having to sell it for less than the purchase in order to get out of a bad situation. I hope I didn't make a bad decision.
